Our Mission
MyTools Pro was built with a simple idea: the most useful digital tools should be free, fast, and accessible to everyone — regardless of technical skill level. Too many websites hide simple utilities behind account walls, usage limits, and paywalls.
We believe that tools like a JSON formatter, age calculator, or QR code generator should just work — instantly, in your browser, without asking for your email address.
What We Build
We build lightweight, browser-based tools for everyday tasks that developers, students, writers, and professionals need regularly. Our current collection includes:
- Calculator Tools — Age calculator, CGPA/GPA calculator
- Text Tools — Word counter, text case converter
- Developer Tools — JSON formatter, HTML/CSS/JS minifiers, Base64 encoder/decoder, Markdown to HTML converter
- Image & Media Tools — Image format converter
- Utility Tools — QR code generator
We're continuously adding new tools based on user feedback and common everyday needs.
Privacy & Data
Privacy is not an afterthought for us — it's a core design principle. Here's exactly how we handle your data:
- Browser tools (age calculator, word counter, case converter, etc.) process everything locally in your browser. Your input never leaves your device.
- Server-side tools (JSON formatter, minifiers, QR generator, image converter) send your input to our API for processing. This data is processed immediately in memory and never stored, logged, or retained in any form.
- We have no database. We store no user data, no usage history, no uploaded files.
- We use non-invasive analytics (page views only) and display contextual advertising to keep the site free.
Technology
MyTools Pro is built on a simple, fast, and reliable stack:
- Frontend: Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no heavy frameworks, loads instantly
- Backend: Node.js + Express for server-side processing
- Processing libraries: html-minifier-terser, clean-css, Terser, marked.js, Sharp, qrcode
- No database: Completely stateless — nothing is ever stored permanently
