Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyTools Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

MyTools Pro provides free online tools for personal and professional use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to overload, crash, or abuse the API endpoints
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scripts to make excessive API requests
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose that violates these terms

No Account Required

Our Service does not require user registration. Tools are provided on an as-is basis for immediate use. Because no accounts exist, we cannot offer account-based features, history, or personalization.

Intellectual Property

The MyTools Pro website, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by MyTools Pro and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content you process through our tools (your JSON, code, images, text) remains your intellectual property. We claim no rights over content you process through the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • The results from tools are accurate or suitable for any specific purpose
  • Any bugs or errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTools Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use the Service.

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair use for all users, our API endpoints are rate-limited to 100 requests per 15-minute window per IP address. Excessive use beyond these limits will result in temporary blocks.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
